Return Policy

We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our return policy. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-day return policy expires.

We will gladly refund your cost of product upon return and inspection within 30 days of purchase due to manufacture defects.  Proof of purchase is required.

If product is being returned for refund, with no problem or defect, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.  The product will be returned at the purchasers expense.  Proof of purchase is required (no products will be accepted over 30 days from date of purchase).  The returned product will be inspected to insure it is not damaged.  If the product is damaged in shipment the return shipper is responsible for claims action.  Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Policy

U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground service to arrive in 10 to 15 business days unless otherwise specified.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

All shipping costs will be added to the total charge of shipment.  Shipping costs vary with the weight of the shipment and will be noted on the checkout page.
